Ek, sorry forgot to ask in my other post. Do you know the reasoning behind why the ping pong balls are drawn behind closed doors? I believe they only showed this done live and it was years ago , the first time they brought the concept in. I believe it was the year Crosby was drafted.

Also I believe they run the balls through the machine a few times.

They should make it one draw and put extra balls in depending on each teams record.

Anyways it would make for better viewership and intrigue.

Having it done behind closed doors makes it easier to rig the whole thing if Gary doesn’t like the outcome.
